The normative legal act on the development of cooperation between Kazakhstan and Turkey in the area of military intelligence has been prepared, El.kz reports according to the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Ministry of Defense has developed a draft Government decision "On Approval of the Protocol between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Turkey on Cooperation in the area of military intelligence".
“The document was prepared for conducting internal state procedures in order to entry into force the Protocol between Kazakhstan and Turkey on cooperation in the area of military intelligence, signed in Ankara (Republic of Turkey) on May, 10 of this year” the ministry said in a statement.
The Protocol is aimed at developing military cooperation between two states and defines the obligations, conditions and procedure for the exchange of military intelligence information.
Its implementation will be carried out within the means in the republican budget provided to the Ministry of Defense for relevant years.
