Kazakhstan wins silver at "Laboratory of Talent Training" international Olympiad

The International Olympiad of Schoolchildren in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics "Laboratory for Training Talents" has ended in Baku. The teams of Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and Georgia took part in the intellectual competition, El.kz reports citing the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3 schoolchildren participated in the national team of Kazakhstan. At the end of the Olympiad, they won one silver medal and team third place.

The goal is to identify and develop students' creative abilities and interest in the sciences of natural and mathematical direction, to create the necessary conditions for the support and intellectual development of gifted children, to disseminate and popularize scientific knowledge among young people.
