President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has signed several laws, El.kz reports citing the press service of Aqorda.
The Head of State signed the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Housing and Communal Services, Entrepreneurship, and the Activities of the Export Credit Agency.”
Amendments have been introduced to the Land, Entrepreneurial, Civil Procedure, Social, and Water Codes, as well as to 23 other laws.
The first set of amendments is aimed at improving the management system of multi-apartment residential buildings.
The second set of amendments relates to changes in tax legislation. The law also includes other provisions intended to improve legal clarity regarding asset declaration and to update references to the Tax Code. The full text of the law will be published in the official press.
In addition, the Head of State signed the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Amendments and Additions to the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan ‘On Taxes and Other Mandatory Payments to the Budget’ (Tax Code) and the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan Regarding Its Implementation.” The full text will also be published in the official press.
Furthermore, the President signed the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Amendments and Additions to the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses Concerning Housing and Communal Services.”
