According to the police, in order to increase the technological activity of the regions and increase the contribution of the IT sector to the development of the economy, it is planned to concentrate efforts on the necessary support of regional innovation sites and business incubators.
As a rule, this applies to the rental of workplaces, training and consulting services.
The Prime Minister noted that this area should be financed, including from the funds allocated by subsoil users for research and development (R&D).
The meeting also considered a plan for the implementation of the Single Window project of the national innovation system, which provides for the launch of a digital platform in the image of Egov, where measures of state support for thematic projects will be collected. In addition, the system will allow industry participants to interact with each other: monitor, order services, conclude contracts.
The Prime Minister supported these approaches and instructed to launch the project in pilot mode in the summer of 2023.
