Kazakhstan and Iraq approved veterinary certificates for the export of cattle and small ruminants for slaughter to Iraq, BAQ.KZ reports.
The Committee for Veterinary Control and Supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan announced that the forms of veterinary certificates for the export of cattle and small ruminants for slaughter from Kazakhstan have been coordinated and approved by the Veterinary Service of the Republic of Iraq.
The documents were signed as part of bilateral negotiations between the veterinary services of the two countries. These agreements have opened a new export route for Kazakhstani producers, expanded the geography of agricultural product deliveries, and strengthened foreign economic cooperation with the Middle East region.
The coordination and approval of veterinary requirements reflects a high level of trust in Kazakhstan’s veterinary control system and represents an important step in enhancing the export potential of the country’s livestock sector. Iraq has become a new market for Kazakhstani products, which indicates positive dynamics in foreign trade within the agro-industrial complex.
The Committee continues to work on veterinary and sanitary requirements with other countries in response to requests from Kazakhstani exporters and provides comprehensive support for businesses entering foreign markets.
