Kazakhstan takes part in World Youth Development Forum in China

The largest event brought together 80 leaders and 300 delegates from several countries, as well as representatives from all over the world in an online format in Beijing and Shenzhen, El.kz reports with reference to the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

At the opening ceremony of the forum, a greeting was read, in which Chinese President Xi Jinping welcomed the participants and called on young people around the world to start a new chapter in the history of youth solidarity and cooperation.

Vice Minister of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yevgeniy Kochetov, who is taking part in the forum "The Power of Youth in Solidarity and Innovation: Joint Struggle for Sustainable Development", shared his experience in youth development policy in Kazakhstan.

"The main goal of the forum is to create a multilateral platform where youth around the world can contribute to global development, and unite global efforts to promote youth development.

The Forum is being held for the second time and is a multilateral platform for international organizations, ministries and departments, youth organizations, young leaders and stakeholders from around the world to discuss the development agenda by empowering young people," said Evgeniy Kochetov.
