Shezhire in AI era: Maksat Zhabagin on preserving national digital heritageThe Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Mexica, Almurat Turganbekov, took part in the 10th Summit of Heads of State and Government of the Association of Caribbean States (ACS),El.kz cites Kazakh FM.
The summit commemorates the 30th anniversary of the signing of the Convention Establishing the ACS, adopted in July 1994 in Cartagena, and was held under the theme: “United for Life: Towards a More Sustainable Greater Caribbean”.
During the event, participants discussed key challenges and priorities in the region, including climate change, migration, sustainable development, reform of the global financial architecture and governance system, protection of human rights, and ensuring peace and security.
On the sidelines of the summit, Ambassador Turganbekov held several meetings with the Secretary General of the Association of Caribbean States (ACS), Noemi Espinoza Madrid, and the heads of delegations from Latin American and Caribbean countries, during which issues of bilateral and multilateral cooperation were discussed.
