Shezhire in AI era: Maksat Zhabagin on preserving national digital heritageAs part of the work to expand the geography of flights and increase the number of international flights, the Civil Aviation Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructural Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, together with the Turkmen side, worked out the issue of resuming air traffic between Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan, El.kz reports with reference to the press service of the Ministry.
Thus, Turkmenistan Airlines plans to resume regular passenger flights between the two countries from March 26, 2023. Flights will be operated on the route Almaty - Ashgabat with a frequency of 2 flights per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays on aircraft of the Boeing-737 type.
The resumption of air traffic will contribute to the further development of trade, economic, business, tourism and cultural cooperation between the countries.
