Kazakhstan highlighted significant achievements in the development of IT solutions and state services. In the Global Cybersecurity Index of the International Telecommunication Union, Kazakhstan held a leading position among CIS countries in personal data protection. This is a remarkable achievement amid growing digital transformation and increasing attention to security in the virtual environment.

Over the past 10 years, the number of public services available to the population has doubled, and their accessibility through digital platforms has been steadily increasing. In the first half of 2024, Kazakh citizens received 33 million public services through online services and applications. In October, there were also 8 million signatures registered using QR codes and 18 million identifications through the Digital ID system, demonstrating a strong demand for digital solutions and high citizen engagement in the country's digital ecosystem.

These achievements were complemented by a series of hackathons and events aimed at improving the digital environment and creating safer conditions for users. By strengthening its digital infrastructure, Kazakhstan continues to work on enhancing the quality of life for its citizens through modern technologies and convenient online services.
