This year, products from Kazakhstan were presented for the first time at one of Asia's largest food and beverage exhibitions, “Thaifex Anuga Asia 2024”, held at the Impact Arena exhibition complex in Thailand. The event features 3,200 exhibitors from over 50 countries across 11 exhibition halls. Kazakhstan is represented with the support of the Embassy of our country in Thailand and the “KazThaiAlliance” community, demonstrating a wide range of food and agro-industrial products of the country.
The opening ceremony of the exhibition pavilion was attended by the leadership of the Thai Chamber of Commerce. Kazakhstan's Ambassador, Arman Issetov, emphasized the growing trade relations between Kazakhstan and Thailand. He noted the significant agreements reached during the visit of Kazakhstan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Murat Nurtleu, which aim to enhance mutual product supply between the two countries. To further develop these trade relations, a visit by Thailand’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Commerce to Kazakhstan is scheduled for July this year.
Ambassador Issetov also expressed confidence that the steps taken will contribute to expanding the presence of Kazakh products in Thailand and increasing mutual trade turnover between our countries.
