Kazakhstan and UK consider ways to improve quality of scientific research

Minister of Science and Higher Education Sayasat Nurbek held official meetings with British officials on the development of higher education and scientific research, El.kz reports citing the press service of the department.

In particular, Kazakh Minister Sayasat Nurbek met with the Duke of Richmond Charles Henry Gordon Lennox, as well as with the Minister of State for Europe, North America, Mr. Stephen Doughty.

The main attention was paid to supporting innovative projects, creating partnership programs between countries, as well as developing educational initiatives aimed at training qualified specialists.

The results of the meetings emphasize the readiness for a productive partnership aimed at the development of higher education and scientific research in the interests of both states.
