Kazakhstan and OSCE hold talks on media development

Assistant to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Domestic Policy and Communications Ruslan Zheldibai held talks with OSCE Representative on Freedom of the Media Teresa Ribeiro, El.kz reports with reference to the press service of Akorda.

The meeting was also attended by Volker Frobart, Head of the OSCE Programme Office in Astana, and Jürgen Heissel, Director of the OSCE Office on Freedom of the Media.

The parties discussed topical issues of cooperation in the field of improving legislation in the field of mass media and the development of the media in Kazakhstan.
