A draft resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the signing of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of Mongolia on cooperation in the pension sector" has been posted on the Open Legal Acts portal, El.kz reports with reference to the Ministry of Labor.
The purpose of signing the Agreement is to regulate relations in terms of the assignment of pension payments to civilians. In the field of solidarity pensions, this is a mutual accounting of the length of service, as well as the accounting of periods of military service and study at universities in the length of service.
In addition, the Agreement provides for a new type of cooperation - the export of funded pensions.
