Kazakhstan and Armenia sign action plan for Cooperation in field of cultural and humanitarian cooperation

Minister of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan Aida Balayeva met with Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport Zhanna Andreasyan, El.kz reports with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The meeting was held within the framework of the Days of Armenian Culture in Kazakhstan, which was an important step in strengthening cultural ties between the two countries.

One of the key results of the meeting was the signing of the Action Plan for Cooperation in the Field of Cultural and Humanitarian Cooperation for 2025-2026. This document is designed to strengthen contacts between museums, creative groups, artists, as well as to promote the development of youth policy and volunteer activities.

Zhanna Andreasyan also expressed gratitude to Kazakhstan for its assistance in holding the Days of Armenian Culture, noting their special importance, in the year of the 100th anniversary of the outstanding Armenian director Sergey Parajanov.

In conclusion, the ministers discussed a wide range of issues related to cooperation in the fields of museum and archival affairs, as well as the development of partnerships in the field of art and the production of documentaries and feature films.
