By the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Eshenkulov Talgat was appointed Vice Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, El.kz reports with reference to the press service of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Talgat Yeshenkulov was born in 1978 in Zhambyl region. He graduated from the Dulati Taraz State University, Public Administration Academy under the Kazakh President, and the National School of Public Administration.
He began his career in 1997 as a senior accountant.
From March to September 2018, he served as Vice Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2018-2020 — Chairman of the Committee for Quality Assurance in education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Vice Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2020 to 2021, he held the position of Chairman of the Committee for Quality Assurance in Education and Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From June 2021 up to the present he served as the chairman of the board - rector of the Dulati Taraz Regional University
