Beibut Yesenbayev was born in 1985 in Karaganda. He graduated from Karaganda State Technical University, Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz, Kazakhstan Medical University «HSPH».
He began his career in 2006 as a software engineer in a private organization.
In 2013-2017, he headed the units in the structure of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since September 2020, he was the Director of the Department for the Development of Electronic Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
