Kazakh MFA expresses protest to Ambassador of Ukraine to Kazakhstan

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan held a meeting of Deputy Minister Yermukhambet Konuspayev with the Ambassador of Ukraine to Kazakhstan Petro Vrublevsky, El.kz reports with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

"During the meeting, a protest was expressed to the Ambassador in connection with his statements in an interview on August 21 of this year to Kazakhstani blogger Diaz Kuzairov. The Kazakh side expressed a position on the unacceptability and incompatibility of such statements with the activities of the Ambassador of a foreign state. Such actions should not damage friendly relations between the states," the Kazakh Foreign Ministry said in an official statement.
