Microsoft presents advanced training courses for teachers, El.kz reports.
To ensure quality education and improve student achievement, Microsoft is actively investing in the development of teachers.
They recognize that the quality of a teacher's work plays a key role in shaping student success, surpassing the influence of any educational programs or policies in schools. In fact, a teacher's performance has the most significant impact on students' academic performance, with the exception of their marital status.
With the goal of improving education, Microsoft has developed several valuable resources for educators, providing an opportunity to continuously improve their teaching methods and introduce new technologies throughout their careers. The company offers the following courses:
Microsoft Academy for Educators
Microsoft Academy for Educators
21st Century Learning Design
Minecraft Education: Teacher's Academy
Master Microsoft Teams for all learning environments
These courses focus on best practices and principles for organizing a blended or hybrid learning environment. They represent the first step on the path of professional growth for teachers seeking to improve and provide students with the best educational opportunities.
Successful completion of the courses will allow teachers to earn the Microsoft Instructor Badge. Training is available for free on the Learn Educator Center or through Microsoft partners who provide instructor-led training. The courses are presented in English and Russian languages, and will also be available in Kazakh from August 2023.
Microsoft's mission is to empower every person and organization on the planet to achieve more. Education plays a key role in this process, and Microsoft is doing everything possible to support teachers in their professional growth and development, which will lead to an improvement in the quality of education in general.
