ENU scientists presented their scientific developments in Japan, El.kz reports with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
They presented a new nanopowder as a mineral additive to asphalt from basalt waste, a soil stabilizer and green eco-building materials for noise insulation, OSB panels from 100% plastic straws pollute.
ENU researchers also drew the attention of their Japanese colleagues to the environmental component of their projects.
Scientists of the L. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, together with Japanese colleagues, intend to carry out joint work to test the use of sounding asphalt concrete with improved durability and strength parameters in the practice of road construction in Kazakhstan. Innovative technologies for the creation of super asphalt will be tested at the ENU-Lab research and production center.
