Kazakh President orders to restore heat and water supply in regions

Kassym-Jomart Tokayev heard the reports of the akims of Atyrau, Karaganda, Pavlodar, Mangistau regions on the situation with the provision of heat and water to residents of the regions, El.kz reports.

The President ordered to restore heat and water supply in emergency areas as soon as possible and to establish smooth  operation of utility networks in all settlements.

The government was pointed out to the omissions made in the preparation for the heating season.

The Government leadership assured that the situation is under control, except of breakdowns due to the deterioration of the country's energy infrastructure. Measures are being taken to prevent accidents.

The Head of State assigned the personal responsibility for solving the tasks set on the Government and regional akims.
