Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev held a meeting with CEO of Glencore Gary Nagle, El.kz reports.
During the meeting, the President was briefed about the current results of the company's activities and its plans for the future.
The sides focused on key aspects of the company’s activities in the mining and energy sectors of Kazakhstan. Particular attention was paid to issues related to the environment and the introduction of innovative technologies at the company's production facilities.
