Kazakh President congratulates Kazybek Nogerbek on his victory at World Youth Chess Championship

The Head of State congratulated the winner of the World Youth Chess Championship Kazybek Nogerbek, Elkz reports citing Akorda.

President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev sends congratulatory telegram to Kazybek Nogerbek, who became the world champion at the competition in the Indian city of Gandhinagar.

– Winning the champion title in a difficult struggle for the honor of our country and receiving the title of grandmaster as the best chess player is an outstanding achievement. It is gratifying to see talented and educated young people like you. I wish you new bright victories and the achievement of your goals," the telegram says.
