Prime Minister Alikhan Smailov is taking part in the third Qatar Economic Forum held in Doha, El.kz reports with reference to the press service of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
This year's event is dedicated to new opportunities for global economic growth. In particular, it is planned to discuss such issues as investment in emerging markets, energy transition, the introduction of artificial intelligence, blockchain and other technologies in trade and work.
The forum is attended by heads of foreign states and governments, heads of major global corporations, global investors, as well as leading analysts in the field of private equity and prominent journalists.
It is expected that on the sidelines of the event, Alikhan Smailov will hold meetings with the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, and the Prime Minister - Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani. In addition, negotiations with the heads of large companies and financial organizations are planned.
