Kazakh NOC joins committees of Olympic Council of Asia

Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) has announced the appointment of new members across its various Сommittees, El.kz cites NOC.

The decision, made by OCA President Raja Randhir Singh, was finalized during OCA 44th General Assembly in New Delhi, India.

Several leaders and representatives from NOC Kazakhstan have now taken positions within OCA Committees. Gennadiy Golovkin, NOC Kazakhstan President, has been appointed to Sports Committee. Secretary General Alimzhan Akayev joins International Relations Committee, while PR and Marketing Director Gulnaz Shukenova has been named to the Media Committee. Additionally, Roman Temirzhanov, Senior Sports Manager, joins the Information and Statistics Committee.

Furthermore, Venera Abdulla, Director of the Regional Anti-Doping Organization of Central Asia (RADOCA), has been appointed to Anti-Doping Commission. The updated OCA Committee lineup will remain in effect until 2028.
