The delegation of the Kazakh Ministry of Defense under the leadership of the Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces, Captain 1st Rank Daniyar Khairushev, visited Pakistan, El.kz reports with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Kazakhstanis arrived in Karachi at the invitation of the Commander-in-Chief of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Pakistan, Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi, to participate as observers in the multilateral naval exercises AMAN-2023.
Representatives of more than a hundred countries were invited to the exercises, held under the slogan "Together for Peace". The exercises are aimed at developing military cooperation between the countries, exchanging experience between military sailors in repelling the threats of maritime piracy in areas of intensive navigation and during search and rescue operations.
During the visit, Kazakhstanis also visited the I International Maritime Exhibition, where the latest technologies and developments of enterprises specializing in the production of naval products were presented. The international conference PIMEC-2023 was also useful in terms of professional exchange.
