Kazakh national carrier introduces its first designed train

A passenger train departed from the capital's Nurly Zhol railway station on the route Astana - Jezkazgan decorated in honor of the 125th anniversary of the first Kazakh academician-geologist Kanysh Satpayev,  El.kz reports.

On the outside of the train, the dates of Kanysh Satpayev's life and his anniversary portrait are placed. The project is aimed at honoring the memory of the great Kazakh scientist.

Kanysh Satpayev is known for his discoveries of large deposits of copper, coal and other minerals, which significantly influenced the economic development of Kazakhstan.
