To ensure transparency, a unified register of applications with the assignment of priority (waiting list) was introduced, and the "public budget" function was launched in the context of regions and subsidies.

Along with this, applications for the provision of cheaper diesel fuel are accepted on the platform.

In general, according to the results of the first half of the year, more than 50 thousand people registered in the Unified State Information System, more than 88 thousand applications were submitted through the system and over 112 billion tenge was paid.

The Prime Minister instructed:

▪️The Ministry of Agriculture should take into account all the comments of NCE Atameken on finalizing the functionality of the platform;

▪️akimats of the regions - to ensure the timely delivery of funds for the payment of subsidies, as well as, together with farmers, to digitize the fields on the portal "Kazakhstan Gharysh Sapary" by the end of the year;

▪️akimats of the newly created regions - by the end of July to complete the work on the adoption of obligations to farmers in the Unified State Information System.

Bagdat Musin reported on the launch of the Unified Platform of Subsoil Users "minerals.gov.kz" in June of this year, developed as part of the execution of the instructions of the President of the country.

Subsoil users can register a personal account in the system, apply for exploration or production of minerals, as well as receive information notifications from government agencies.

Work on the platform continues.

Within the framework of the meeting, the issue of creating a National Data Bank on the state of the environment and natural resources was also considered.

The Minister of Ecology Zulfiya Suleimenova reported that to date, an interactive map has been launched in pilot mode, which displays data from automated systems for monitoring emissions into the environment, information on landfills and solid waste collection points, the state of atmospheric air, etc.

Its commissioning is scheduled for December 2023, and for commercial operation in the first half of 2024.
