Kazakh expert speaks about importance of building a nuclear power plant

Deputy of the Mazhilis, a lower chamber of the Kazakh Parliament Maxim Rozhin explained why the construction of a nuclear power plant is necessary, El.kz reports.

“The energy situation in the regions is unstable. As power plants’ equipment ages every year , wear and tear affects the plant efficiency. Which, in turn, also determines the demand for its own nuclear power plant," the deputy notes.
