Kazakhstan will continue to deepen trade and economic relations with China. The development is expected in the areas of scientific and technical cooperation, digital economy, e-commerce, industrial investment and cultural exchange, El.kz reports with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
A Kazakh-Chinese forum on deepening economic cooperation between the two states was held in Astana. The delegation of guests was represented by Shandong Province, which is the main industrial base of the Middle Kingdom. 41 areas of industry in China are concentrated here, and the industrial production index is 80.3%, which is the best indicator in China.
Secretary of the Party Committee of the Communist Party of China of Shandong Province, Mr. Lin Wu, was met by the Minister of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan Marat Karabayev and representatives of the business community of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The parties discussed the development of transport and logistics routes and new areas of industrial cooperation.

Within the framework of the forum, an exhibition of products of the state-owned company Shandong Heavy Industry Group for the production of construction equipment, trucks, buses and engines was organized.
