Specialists of domestic animation studios and students of the Kazakh National Academy of Arts named after T. Zhurgenov and the Kazakh National University of Arts are participating in an advanced training program in Ankara, Turkey,  El.kz reports with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

It should be noted that Kazakh studios, with the support of the Ministry of Culture and Sports, launched the production of 10 pilot animation projects based on ancient legends common to Turkic-speaking countries. The duration of each work included in the animation almanac is more than 5 minutes. This project is aimed not only at strengthening cooperation between the Turkic-speaking states, but also at the possibility of creating joint animation projects in the future.

At the same time, the second group of Kazakh specialists in the field of animation is gaining experience at the Krakow Animation Center in Poland. During the training, they study the work of local animation studios, learn to choose topics that are interesting for children, improve their screenwriting skills and marketing skills.

"The field of animation is constantly changing and evolving. Therefore, it is very important to improve the skills of domestic specialists. In addition to sharing experiences, this is a good opportunity to enter new markets and new audiences through cooperation with foreign studios. In the future, we plan to invite specialists from the most powerful studios in the world to our country to exchange experience," said Arman Zhudebayev, Vice Minister of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
