Kassym-Jomart Tokayev meets with Heads of Security Agencies and Special Services of CIS member-states

President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev held a meeting with the Heads of Security Agencies and Special Services of the CIS member-states, El.kz reports with reference to Akorda.

Delegations from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and representatives of the CIS Executive Committee attended the event.

Kazakh President noted the importance of coordinating efforts in the field of security and stressed that the timely exchange of information helps to effectively counter regional threats.

Tokayev expressed confidence that the results of the meeting will further strengthen cooperation in the field of international security.
