The Constitutional Court hosted a meeting of judges with Owen Murphy, Head of the OSCE/ODIHR Mission to observe the extraordinary elections to the Majilis of Parliament.
Chairperson of the Constitutional Court Elvira Azimova spoke about the activities of the Kazakh constitutional control body and the requirements for considering appeals.
She reported on six citizens' appeals related to the right to vote and to be elected under preliminary consideration.
Deputy Chairman Bakyt Nurmukhanov and Judge Kanat Musin answered questions from representatives of the OSCE/ODIHR mission.
