Italian blogger delighted with Kazakhstan

Italian bloggers visited Kazakhstan and were completely delighted, as they wrote on Instagram, El.kz reports.

“This still little-known tourist country contains many beauties, including the Mausoleum of Khoja Ahmed Yasawi, a building located in the city of Turkestan in southern Kazakhstan. In 2002, it became the first Kazakh site included in the UNESCO World Heritage List.

Persian workers erected this 39-meter-high mausoleum, built of ganch (baked bricks mixed with mortar and clay), and topped it with the largest dome ever built in Central Asia.
