International Youth Day celebrated in Almaty BBQ party

On August 12, in honor of the holiday and the National Youth Decade "Zhastarmen birge", a meeting was held with the participation of active youth of the city. The event was attended by the Deputy Akim of Almaty Azamat Kaldybekov,El.kz reports citing the press service of Almaty akimat.

"Today, young people have proposed good proposals and projects. I am always ready to openly discuss and support projects that give a new impetus to our work," the deputy akim said.

Before the end of the evening, he presented letters of thanks on behalf of the mayor of the city Yerbolat Dossayev to activists for their contribution to public life. In total, more than 60 events were held within the framework of the decade with the participation of over 50 thousand young  people.
