On the basis of Abai University, the International Forum of Young Teachers of Pedagogical Universities of the CIS countries "Young Teacher of the System of Continuing Pedagogical Education: Stages of Professional Development" was held, dedicated to the 95th anniversary of the university, El.kz reports with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The forum brought together young researchers, scientists and teachers from the CIS countries who discussed the issues of advanced training, development of professional competencies and methods of modern teaching in the system of continuing pedagogical education. Plenary sessions were held, at which participants shared their experience and best practices, discussed current trends and challenges in the field of teacher education.
The status of a young teacher, the work of the Council of Young Researchers, innovative teaching methods that contribute to the successful education of modern youth, tools for implementing the training of future teachers through Highflex technology and other issues are considered.
The forum was attended by EAPU Executive Director Eduard Nikitin, Vice-President of the Council of Young Teachers of the EAPU (St. Petersburg Academy of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education) Kristina Zaitseva, Chairman of the Council of Young Researchers of Abai KazNPU Shahislam Laiskhanov and representatives of universities in Armenia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan. The topics discussed were very important for young teachers, including the creation of innovative models of education, professional development and the development of new teaching methods.
The event ended with the awarding of the winners of the III International Competition of Young Teachers "Learning to Teach" and the presentation of certificates of participation in this forum.
