The House of Friendship hosted a training seminar for civil servants on the implementation of state policy in the interethnic sphere,El.kz reports with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Culture and Information.
Chairman of the Committee for the Development of Interethnic Relations Galym Shoikin stressed that the preservation of peace and harmony among ethnic groups is a key priority for the country and the task of all state bodies without exception.
He noted that inter-ethnic stability in Kazakhstan directly depends on ensuring the equality of rights of all citizens, regardless of their ethnicity, and state bodies should actively contribute to this.
The seminar provided an opportunity for participants to exchange experiences and get answers to their questions.
In practical classes, civil servants got acquainted with the principles of ethnomediation, participated in interactive and team games.
