Forecasts indicate that on November 6, 2023, weather conditions are expected in Astana and Almaty, contributing to an increase in air pollution.
Adverse weather conditions can contribute to the accumulation of hazardous impurities in the lower atmosphere. These include pollutants such as dust, soot (particulate matter), hydrogen sulphide, benzo(a)pyrene, nitrogen dioxide, formaldehyde and phenol.
