Shezhire in AI era: Maksat Zhabagin on preserving national digital heritageIL-TOV has launched a large-scale project - plant for production of ready-made semi-finished products from chicken breast fillets, which will be the first enterprise of this kind in Kazakhstan and Central Asia, El.kz reports with reference to the Ministry of Agriculture.
At the moment, the capacity of the production line is tons of finished products per year. In 2024-2025, the company plans to launch two additional lines, which will increase production capacity to 10,000-12,000 tons annually. The total investment in the project will be about 4 billion tenge.
The company is equipped with modern European equipment, which allows it to comply with strict quality standards. The production process includes intensive industrial cooking of semi-finished products up to 90% of readiness and subjected to subsequent shock freezing.
The project aims to provide the population of Kazakhstan and Central Asia with high-quality food that meets European standards.
