Following U.S. President Donald Trump’s statement on imposing sanctions against Russia and its partners, Kazakhstan’s Minister of Trade and Integration Arman Shakkaliev, commented on this matter, BAQ.KZ reports.
Arman Shakkaliev emphasized that Kazakhstan fully complies with international requirements in this regard.
“We have international obligations, and we have not received any official warnings or inquiries on this matter. A stable dialogue has been established with the American side. Our focus remains on improving our trade policy while adhering to all international commitments. At this time, no such violations have been found,” the minister noted.
According to him, Kazakhstan remains in constant contact with the relevant authorities of the European Union and the United States.
