A discussion of the final draft of the National Report "Youth of Kazakhstan - 2023" was held in Astana. Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Youth and Family Affairs of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Rolland Kuspan, made a welcoming speech at the event. The expert also identified differences in the birth rate between cities and rural areas, as well as the positive dynamics of the migration balance.
