Honorary badge is planned to be established in the Ministry of Education for teachers with more than 25 years of work experience, El.kz reports with reference to the press service of the department.
"The Head of State pays special attention to supporting teachers. On his instructions, we are working to increase wages, exempt from performing unusual functions, from excessive reporting. Now we have initiated changes to the order on the approval of the industry incentive system.
The honorary sign will be awarded to teachers of preschool, secondary, technical and vocational, post-secondary, additional education. The badge will be awarded to honored teachers who have worked as a teacher for more than 25 years.
Thus, we want to encourage teachers who are dedicated to their work and make a great contribution to the education and training of the younger generation," Vice Minister of Education Sholpan Karinova said.
