President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev expressed his condolences over the numerous casualties and injuries caused by Typhoon Wipha in Vietnam.

“I extend my sincere condolences to the families who have lost their loved ones, and to the friendly people of Vietnam. I wish a speedy recovery to all those affected,” the telegram reads.
