Kassym-Jomart Tokayev congratulated President Emomali Rahmon on the national holiday – Independence Day, El.kz cites Aqorda.

“Based on the fundamental interests of our people, and relying on the traditions of centuries-old friendship and mutual support, Kazakhstan and Tajikistan have built strategic partnership and alliance. I am confident that our joint efforts will continue to contribute to realizing the potential of Kazakh-Tajik cooperation, both bilaterally and within regional and international frameworks,” the telegram reads.

Kassym-Jomart Tokayev wished Emomali Rahmon further success in his responsible work, and prosperity and well-being to the brotherly people of Tajikistan.
