Head of State sends congratulatory message to President of Greece

Kassym-Jomart Tokayev congratulated Katerina Sakellaropoulou and the Greek people on their national holiday, Independence Day.

In his telegram, the President expressed confidence that the multifaceted ties between Kazakhstan and Greece will continue to expand, El.kz reports with reference to Akorda.

Today, Greece, being one of the most active countries of the European Union, has made significant progress in the field of sustainable development, improving the well-being of the population and strengthening its authority in the international arena. I wish your country to continue on the path of progress and prosperity.

I note with satisfaction the continued expansion of the horizons of our cooperation, the impetus for which is given by a meaningful political dialogue and traditional friendship between Kazakhstan and Greece. I am convinced that the range of interaction and multifaceted ties between our countries will continue to expand," the telegram says.

Kassym-Jomart Tokayev wished Katerina Sakellaropoulou success in her responsible activities, and prosperity to the friendly people of Greece.
