Head of State sends condolences to President of China Xi Jinping

President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev expressed his condolences to President of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping over the numerous human casualties due to  the earthquake in the northwestern part of the country.

"I received the news of the death of your compatriots as a result of the devastating earthquake in Gansu Province with deep sorrow . Expressing my condolences to you and the families who lost loved ones as a result of the natural disaster, I would say that at this difficult moment, the people of Kazakhstan share the pain of the irreparable loss of the Chinese people. I wish a speedy recovery to the injured and the safe return of those missing to their families," the message reads.
