Head of State expresses condolences to President of Azerbaijan

President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev received with deep sorrow the tragic news of the death of the passengers and crew of the Baku-Grozny plane crashed today in the Mangistau region, El.kz reports.

- I express my sincere condolences to You, the friends and relatives of the victims, as well as to the entire people of Azerbaijan. The Government of Kazakhstan has established a state commission, which is taking the necessary measures within the framework of the rescue operation, as well as further providing the necessary support to the Azerbaijani sid, the message reads.
