Head of State congratulates Kazakhstanis on Amal Kuni

Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev congratulated Kazakhstanis on Amal Kuni, El.kz reports via Akorda.

In his congratulatory message, Kazakh President said that on this day, people usually meet with relatives and friends, young people receive blessings from their elders. Through such customs, our people have instilled in the younger generation such qualities as friendliness and responsiveness, mercy and compassion since ancient times. In modern Kazakhstan, all this is fully reflected in the concept of Adal Azamat.

Kassym-Jomart Tokayev noted that the unique tradition of korisu, celebrated before the Nauryz holiday, is being revived again, acquiring a national character.

Kazakh President expressed confidence that it will contribute to strengthening the unity and solidarity of our people.
