Measures to improve the work with citizens' appeals were discussed at a meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission chaired by Galymzhan Koishybaev, Deputy Prime Minister — Head of the Government Apparatus of the Republic of Kazakhstan, El.kz cites primeminister.kz.

Currently, a new algorithm for working with public appeals is being developed in the Republic. It will make it possible to take the flow of citizens' appeals from the social networks to the legitimate channel of communication that is the system "e-Otinish". As a result, a new culture of interaction between citizens and government agencies, based on the principle of the Hearing State, will begin to emerge in Kazakhstan.

As Galymzhan Koishybayev pointed out, the Head of State set a task for state bodies to be open, to provide constant feedback and to promptly respond to citizens' appeals. In this connection, the importance of step-by-step implementation of a proactive format of interaction at all levels was emphasised.

During the meeting the project of the Single Window Service Centre for Citizens was also presented. It is planned that along with the CSC, it will house offices of key state agencies and companies: Akimat, Tax Service, SAPF, Damu, Atameken, etc. This will allow citizens to receive all necessary services in one building.

In addition, the Centre plans to introduce a single ID-ticket service, through which a citizen's application will be assigned a single pass-through number, valid until the full cycle of services is received.
