Over the past three years, these debtors have spent more than 100 million tenge on bets in bookmakers. For example, in Ust-Kamenogorsk, one of the debtors, having an alimony debt of 1.5 million tenge, lost 7 million tenge in an online bookmaker's office.
As a result of explanatory work, debtors restricted the participation in gambling through the E-Gov mobile application.
To prevent the participation of debtors in gambling, the Tourism Industry Committee of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports sent a letter requesting information about bookmakers operating in the country.
