What the video shows
A resident of Almaty filmed a drone cleaning the glass facade of Almaty Theatre. The UAV moved along the building, removing dirt and streaks on surface that would otherwise have required a ladder or safety equipment depending on the height of the particular window.
Public reaction
The comments were largely positive, with users expressing appreciation that such innovative solutions are being implemented in Almaty.
“May drones be used for the benefit of society!” commenters wrote.
“When energy and ingenuity are directed towards the right purpose,” others added.
